I just perched a new countertop from home depot ,when I went to pick it up not one pice was wrapped, all exposed face and edges, when I asked the manager if this is how they treat there products he said sorry this is how it came "

I purchased an island range hood through Home Depot, brand name AKDY. It is a beautiful unit and was shipped and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. There was some damage on one of the corners of the unit and I am in negotiations with the manufacturer on compensation. I am happy they are willing to work with me and hopefully I don't have to return or replace the unit.

Went in because I had to buy an impact driver for work- left with an impact, drill, and sawzall! This is going to make a big difference for a first year commercial electrician! Couldn’t recommend THIS store enough!Lion, and Adam were a great help finding what I needed, and ensured I’ll be coming to this Home Depot for LIFE

Steven in the appliance department was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various dishwashers I was looking into. There was no pressure on the sale he encouraged me to take my time. In the end it was the best value for my money. Great job

Wasn’t too impressed with this particular Home Depot. I went there to return an expandable hose that I bought the previous day on sale for $129.00, but upon returning home with it found the EXACT same hose on Amazon for $69.00 (regular price AND it came with a 10 setting spray gun nozzle for free), so while I was there I also decided to buy some of those disposable, blue shop towels, was told by the first employee they were in isle 3, they were not, employee #2 I asked said they didn’t carry them at all (despite me telling him their Duncan location always has them), and so I looked for a 3rd employee who took me to them, in isle 4! I have MS, walk with a pronounced limp that indicates to everyone around me that I am disabled, so sending me on a wild goose chase is something that I really don’t need nor do I appreciate, especially in the summer heat.

I just wanted to thank Jan at the Pro Desk for working her magic on the order from hell, and Cheryl from the Customer Service Desk for finding out what happened to one item from said order, and expediting its' completion. These ladies gave stellar customer service and went above and beyond. Thank you both so much.....you deserve a raise :)
