False advertisement! They make you pay 3$ for ups pickup ! Why would you label it the ups store when it’s just a drop off point !! Change your name !!

It is not an UPS Store. It is an UPS Access Point. You have to pay 3$ more because it’s a third part service. I don’t recommend this place.

They never delivered my parcel or let me a note at my place. I had to follow on the website to see that they had damage my during the delivery.Once i had call them to know more on it and what were the next step. I felt my self like a number. Even if UPS broke my parcel and didn't deliver, i had to do manually the claim and also have to contact the company how ship. What a customers service.... There was no way to help me, even if i was proposing alternative or solution to see if my products was broke the answer was no, no, no and nothing i can do to help you.To be honest they are the worst delivery company by far i had deal with it.
