Worse of the worse product. Ordered some vinyl protective sleeves, and the whole batch (yes the whole 1000 of them!!) was defective. How is it possible? Is there ANY quality control? On top of being badly welded and creased which make them split, they’re completely misshaped ( way to large and not long enough) anyway. A complete waste not only of my time and money (that I might got back by now but they’re really badly organized and absolutely not responsive) but also for the environment. I wish I could put less than one star.

I went to pick up my order at 10.45 am on Tuesday. The shop was close. I was waiting there 20 to 25 minutes. I went there again at 1.45 PM. But still the door was close and there was a sign on the door that someone is coming within 20 minutes. But no one showed up. It was totally waste of my day.

I had a bad experience there today. Had a good impression of their website and went there in person, but customer service was terrible. At the entrance there is a welcome sign, but it stops there. No one attends the door, people not really willing to sell, barely speaking English. Hope they get this as an opportunity to improve their services. I don't even remember the bags, just costumer care.

Not surprised they are now closed. Very nice staff but shop almost always closed during their regularhours. No one answers phones and they dont reply to emails. It was always a waste of time for business owners to drive to their location only to find it closed and since they wouldnt answer the phone you couldnt call before. For about a year now they have been out of supplies for a lot fo the products (supply chain issues not withstanding as you could find them elsewhere).

Used to be fine to deal with but placed an order and paid for the cost + shipping, and haven't seen or heard from them for over a month.Emailed Stephanie (who sent me the invoice and assured me the order would ship the week after payment) multiple times. Left voicemails but still haven't heard anything.It's too bad, I will need to find a new supplier.

Absolutely horrible, doesn’t pick up calls and I went on 3 different occasions during business hours and the store was closed! I thought I would support local business but there’s a reason businesses like Uline are thriving. Absolutely unprofessional attitude from these guys
