Spoke to tina. I was just asking to get a 2 jacket customise with my and my husbands name on it. She was clearly trying to get me off the phone. She goes O we don't do that. I asked well that's what I am looking at online. She goes you know its gonna cost you at least $50 each right?. I was frustrated at this point and I told her well I haven't mentioned my budget to you yet. She goes okay but we don't do it.I have never walked in to this store nor do i know how the service is.This employee turned a customer away on the phone and lost my $100 business that i would have provided to the store.
