Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Worst service ever I have got in real fruit!! I have ordered mango diamond slush with extra mango chunks and they have sent black chunks instead. Also, another slush was with little sugar which instruction was not followed either !! And when tried to call for the error they have made, they didn’t responded back!

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
We had a nice experience. I don’t prefer much ice and sugar and when I ordered I specified that and they followed it properly as well. I would recommend this place.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Arrived towards closing time and had trouble deciding my order. Staff took the order and provided the drinks in a quick and professional manner. The drinks tasted great.The whole place was cleaned up nicely. Everything organized appropriately!

This place is okay. Their drinks are good ,however the service is not the greatest. Knowledgeable staff but one of the staff members seemed a bit condescending. Mango chunks did not fit through the straw so we'll, but not a big deal. Good location and a variety of selections.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Wanted a few fresh and cold drinks after dinner and decided to come here for takeout drinks. I ordered coconut milk tea with grass jelly and mango diamond slush with tapioca. The coconut milk tea is quite refreshing and was not too sweet. I thought the grass jelly would have been very smooth but it had a texture to it.I wanted a slush for a brain freeze (lol) and I love to eat mangos. This slush was good tasting with lots of chunks of mango. The tapioca could have been cooked a bit more, it's not because the coldness of the drink, it's when you bit into it the inside it is still a bit starchy. That for sure can be improved. Staff are friendly and the service was very quick when I was there..

I haven’t been here in years. It still has the same great taste and I really love the mango chunks they add into the slush. The tapioca is subpar compared to other popular spots

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Well made mango diamond slush with tapioca. This is one of the cozy and clean branch in Toronto. Although I end up not using my reward points, I appreciate that the staff asked me if I want to use it, unlike most of the Real fruit bubble tea branches. Thank you.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Cute place with some seating (obvsly dine in not open during covid). Customer service is nice and they have a decent selection of teas. Coconut milk tea was really good ! I prefer it to some of their fruit drinks, although I’m usually a fruit tea person.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
I am a regular customer here and often order drinks from this shop every 1-2 weeks until today, there is this Chinese speaking worker there, ordering other workers to adding extra water and ice to the drinks in Chinese. I ordered a large avocado and a large kiwi slush. Two avocados with extra ice and water made one large and one medium size drinks for me and another customer. Then the kiwi drink I ordered has 1/3 of water at the bottom by the time I reached home. When the Chinese worker was making the kiwi drink, he added a cheap banana to it, claiming the kiwi is not good. Obviously, he did not put enough kiwi in it and instead, try to fill the space with cheaper substitute.I returned to the store, returned the kiwi drink, and asked for a refund. I asked for this Chinese worker, seemly the manager there for his name, but did not get a proper answer. If this is how this store is going to operate and cheap out their customers, then I will not return to this store anymore. And I do not recommend anyone else to visit this store unless you do not mind your drinks are filled with a large percentage of suger water.
