Happy Beginnings Daycare

We are so happy and fortunate that our daughter had an opportunity to attend Happy Beginnings! It is a family-owned place. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. It was her first daycare, and looking back we can confidently say that we made the right decision by enrolling her in Happy Beginnings. If you are looking for a daycare for your child, we highly recommend checking it out.

My son has been going to Happy Beginnings for about a month now and has been doing so well with the transition. He is always all smiles when I pick him up every day! Tammy, Carrie, and the rest of the staff are so amazing and truly care about the kids! I would recommend Happy Beginnings to anyone!

Our daughter attends Happy Beginnings for after school care. She and our son have been at Happy Beginnings for some variation of full-time/summers/before and after care for four years. The owners (past and present) and the staff are truly kind, understanding and patient with our kids and flexible and easy to work with as parents. I’ve referred three families to the centre, with confidence. The communication is great, I appreciate the food menus, and they do fun, little surprises for the kids. My daughter is happy at the end of each day. I think she sees the staff of this centre there as members of her family. Where else can you find that?

My son has been attending Happy Beginnings for 10 months and I have been beyond impressed with them! This is my 3rd child, so I'm no newbie to daycares! Tammy, Carrie and team welcomed my son with open arms and worked with me to ensure he had a smooth transition at the start. I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or requesting updates on his day. I should also mention my son has a nut allergy and Carrie goes above an beyond to ensure all safety measures are met. It's a smaller centre which I love, the workers get to know all the kids, even those who aren't in their class. My son often talks about his teachers, friends and activities he does throughout the days. I would definitely recommend Happy Beginnings!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Happy Beginnings, Carrie, Tammy, and all of my child’s teachers! I feel so comfortable knowing my daughter is being taken care of as if she was a part of their own family! It is such a caring and safe environment I couldn’t ask for a better experience so far!

The management and staff are amazing, kind and communicative! We’ve been with them for over 3 years and my son has flourished because of the love and support he got there! The staff are incredible with the kids and Tammy has done nothing but just keep making the centre better since she took over! I am forever thankful we stumbled across this little centre when we had to move our son from our old centre!

My two daughters have been with Happy Beginnings since 2017. They started with full time daycare and now both are with the after school program. The previous owner along with Tammy & Kevin, the new owners, are always accommodating and have the option of full days for PA days and holidays. Their program keeps the kids engaged and happy and the staff are great with the kids. We have never had a bad experience and we highly recommend Happy Beginnings Daycare.

My children have been apart of the Happy Beginnings family for almost 20 years. My daughter first started there 19 years ago. She was shy and nervous but absolutely blossomed at the centre. She was so happy to go to daycare everyday and that is a huge relief for a working Mom. The staff loved her and treated her like she was one of their own. Now she is 21 and still talks about what a great time she had there. Ten and eleven years later my sons came along and without even a second thought I called to see if the centre had space for them. We were thrilled when they said yes. My oldest son is Autistic with ADHD and it was the staff that figured that out by working with him so closely. They suggested some tests and some strategies to help him develop while we were working with a therapist. The time and energy they put into caring for him and about him melted my heart. Both my boys thrived at the centre and they are so fortunate to have experienced the staff there. All my kids had a great time. The staff are so easy to talk to and have great ideas and follow up with any questions you have. I just can't say enough about the centre and staff. Always so organized and clean and thinking of new fun ideas to implement. I can't imagine anyone having a problem there and if they did it would be addressed right away if brought to their attention. To the person that wrote the negative review, I can't believe as a mother that you would leave your son there for 2 years if it was that terrible. I have dealt with Tammy for years and she has been nothing but supportive and kind and caring. She still checks in with me to see how my oldest son is progressing in school. Once you are a Happy Beginnings family you are always a Happy Beginnings family. I would highly recommend them to care for my kids. I trust and adore all the staff 100%.

My son has been with Happy Beginnings for almost a year now, and I could not be happier. The staff are so amazing and they put so much effort and care into their programs. My son has developed such special bonds with his teachers, and gets excited to go each and every day.

My son attended Happy Beginnings for the past year, and it was the only daycare that felt like home. We have moved around quite a bit he had to switch centers 4 times. From the get-go the staff Happy Beginnings made his transition easy and got him to be excited to go in every morning. The best way to describe Happy Beginnings: it is a place where children feel loved! I have never met such kind, warm and devoted providers. I am greatful to each and everyone!
