We came here to seek help because both of our phones stopped working for the last 24hrs. The gentleman who was working there (I should've ask for his name) told us that because we were driving through Quebec and were close to the US border, the US cell phone towers bumped our phone off our server. He help us to reset the phone and have them both working again. Very well manner and helpful young man! Thanks again for your help!
