Nothing short of excellent. I was needing to arrange for my dog Bastian to return to Australia (at the best of times this is a very in-depth process and even more so in a pandemic). This clinic was one of very few who had the vaccines required for Bastians departure so I actually moved bastian from his other vet across to Harwood as their professionalism and time spent explaining everything to me made me feel super comfortable that they fully understood the export process and requirements.The care and attention from both Dr Chapin, Dr Mootoo, Dawn and the entire team were amazing. With flight departure dates changing constantly they easily made appointment changes with no fuss and were very responsive on email with any questions I had about bastians tests that were required.They absolutely knew their stuff and if it wasn’t for moving back to Australia they would absolutely continue to be Bastians vets.Thanks for all your assistance and Bastian already misses the love and treats! I called and asked if they would take my dog Shadow because he was convulsing and having seizures and was told not until next week. They were our vet although we had not been there in quite some time. My 17 year old was not well and westney vet hospital at Giant Tiger plaza took us right away and we laid Shadow to rest that morning. Would never recommend this place to anyone again!

I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Marvelle Mootoo and Dr Andrea Chapin for over 20 years. I have always received professional, knowledgeable, and excellent care from both of them and their staff.I know that when I take my pets to Harwood Pet Hospital they are in good hands and will be treated by everyone there with loving care as if they were their own.I always receive detailed information on my pets health and any concerns I may have for them are always investigated throughly.I would and have recommended Harwood Pet Hospital to my family and friends.

Very disappointed in this vet switching immediately . Got kitten spayed was told to take off gauze when she got home which seemed to early but i wanted to follow instructions and now she's bleeding all over the place. they also did not provide a cone to prevent her licking her wounds. seems to care way more about the money than animals.

It is the best vet clinic I have visited, the service is incredible and the dr is the best since he has an extensive review of the puppies, the place is very clean also. High recommendThe dr. FAREED is the best

My dog has been under their care for 12 years and treated very well. They are always available for questions, are trustworthy and provide outstanding pet care.

The service is very personnalized. I have 2 dogs and a cat. My oldest one is 12 years old. I always receive good advice and solution from Dr. Chapman and from her team. I buy my pets food there, the web site and auto-order is very convenient. I highly recommend this place. You can go a little cheaper but you will never get the amazing customer care you get there.

Best Pet Hospital ever! The Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and treat my cat like their own. Cassie is 12 years old and in perfect health because of the professional and love she receives. Jenn and Jocelyn are great and are a great support to me when I call with a ton of questions. The best!
