Didn't respect delays. Thursday became Friday which became Monday then Tuesday. Worst part is I received no updates and had to call. On pickup day, was promised car at 8am. Not ready.

My insurance handled most of the work, but the service was great. Good positive energy from the staff.The work done on my car was very well done. If I ever have the displeasure of getting another vandalism, I'll definitely go back there!

Very courteous and more or less professional.They kinda messed up our appointment by delaying it by a full month, but they the repairs went well. They did mess up a wire connection that didn't allow for the key detection unlock function to work but they had it fixed within 30 minutes.The rental car arranged by them (fulfilled by Enterprise) was a horrible, horrible, overused and aged Dodge journey that had to be ultimately returned and exchanged for a much newer and fresher Nissan SUV.In conclusion, we would go back here again for our body shop needs.

Simple you go there take an appointment they fix your car and you're done. Be aware tho, the pricing is terrible like many other body shops. You usually go there when the insurance pays everything. Appointment can take a long time.

10/10 experience. My headlight cover was hit and the headlight itself and part of my bumper were a damaged as a result. The process was quick and easy. They received the new pieces really quickly and were able to get everything done swiftly. The car looked brand new afterwards and they even went the extra mile and cleaned the interior of my car and offered to fix an unrelated minor scratch on the back of my car for free. Definitely going to come back here if I unfortunately get into a car accident in the future. Highly recommend this place, makes the process simple and provides quality service.

I went there for an estimate only and the guy wanted to charge me 85$ for a written estimate. Just like the previous post said they try and find every possible way to inflate the price. HOW CAN POSSIBLY TRUST SOMEONE LIKE THIS ON YOU CAR. PURE SCAMMERS!!!!
