Dr.Webster and her staff at this clinic were amazing! We are from Calgary and met Dr,Webster under sad circumstances - our 9.5 year old male cat was diagnosed with kidney failure while we were in the clinic. We made the heartbreaking decision to euthanize our beloved pet, as he was in so much pain. Dr.Webster and the staff were so incredibly kind, explained everything that was happening, what the tests meant, and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. They also kept telling us how sorry they were for our loss, and how well loved our cat was. Although we met during awful times, this is definitely the place to go if you do need any help - they staff are so kind, compassionate, and thorough, and the prices are amazing. We will never forget how fantastic you were with Tribble and us.

If there were 10 stars I’d give you 11. We live in Calgary and found this place when our pup was going to have to be put down after being quite over $10,000 to do the required surgery in town. This place is incredible. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. They are less expensive than anywhere in the city. Even with the price of gas nowadays it is still worth the drive. Not just for the savings but for the friendly service, the level of care and attention they give both the animals and the humans. They keep you in the loop and educated and are always willing to help. All of our pets go there ( which is quite a few of them) and my family’s now making the drive too because you will never find a better vet clinic then this one. Jamie is one of the friendliest staff their too. Thanks to all. We’ll see you in the future I’m sure. (Picture if my grown up pup enjoying life years after her surgery. Can’t thank you enough)

Last week I brought in my cat Missinda due to health concerns. X-rays showed extremely bad events. I totally broke down and was a mental mess. The doctor was so very kind and informative. Went with choice of pain meds for Missinda. Two days later I made the heart wrenching decision to go back with Missinda for help to have her forever sweet dreams and hang out with God until we meet again. Doctors and nurses and front staff were so kind and helpful. A true compassion and support. Thank you team. Love you forever and a day Missinda. My big little best girl.

Had to take my youngest dog here for emergency stitches after she was attacked by another dog who was offleash. The staff were absolutely amazing. So accommodating and really did everything they could to keep my pup who was pretty traumatized, calm. Thank you so much Fort MacLeod vet. We will always recommend you to everyone.

Went to the clinic as my cat was not well. The front staff got us in the same day, very appreciated. We saw Dr Claudia, she is amazing, kind, very helpful and knowledgeable. Loved on my cat and got her feeling herself again. Thank you!

After having a very unpleasant experience at a different vet clinic and being charged absurd amounts I was in need of a new clinic. I got loads of recommendations to try Fort Macleod and it sure did not disappoint! Every person I came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Webster and the vet tech (who’s name I cannot remember) were both amazing when working with my dog. The cost of the visit was more than reasonable and I will most certainly be back for future vet visits and also will be recommending to anyone looking for a vet. Well worth the 40 min drive!!

I love this vet. After being told I couldn't put my cat down anywhere due to no available time, or I could at family pet for 3x what it normally costs, I called Fort McLeod and not only did they squeeze me in, it's wasn't alot of money. They were kind. It was all around an empathetic experience. I recommend them highly.

They saved our cat’s life! I can’t thank them enough. We were put at ease as soon as we came in and you can tell the vet really cares about animals. Well worth the drive from Lethbridge to get the best care for our pet. Thank you!!!

An excellent clinic! Last week my cat Casey was suffering from an inability to use his hind legs in addition to several other symptoms, I was extremely worried and his usual Vet was closed due to it being a Sunday night; I'd heard bad things about Lethbridge's Family Pet Hospital (our only 24 hour option) so my sister and I decided to take him elsewhere, the Okotoks clinic gave us the number to this clinic as a closer alternative.They answered our call immediately and rushed to provide care after we told them about the symptoms, despite the late hour (almost midnight) both the Vet and Technician were there when we arrived about forty minutes after calling. The Vet was very kind and gentle towards both us and my cat, which was very much appreciated as we were very distraught and practically in tears. Within a few minutes of arriving the Vet had diagnosed Casey's issue as a urinary blockage and was prepared to undergo surgery, she gave us some time to figure out how we would pay for it and even offered a third party payment plan; we went with a downpayment of $500 with the rest to be paid on discharge, this gave us the time to get the money together.They began to operate on Casey immediately after the payment was sorted and called me that night with his results, thankfully they were able to help him and save his life which I'm extremely grateful for. They held him for a few nights to monitor him with a catheter and we picked him up on Thursday afternoon, they provided us with medication for him and suggested a new food brand to accommodate his new dietary needs. He had some urine on his fur but I think that happened when we picked him up, he wasn't distressed and was actually in a very good mood, we got him home and cleaned him up without issue. Since then he's been back to his normal self and he's clearly doing much better, there's been no signs of a resurgence in his condition and besides a small leakage the night he came home he's been able to function properly.I realise this review has been very long, but I want to stress that this clinic provided excellent care to Casey in his time of need and I can't express my thankfulness and joy that he's still with me today. I haven't mentioned the Vet's name just in case privacy is an issue, but I'm eternally grateful to her for what she did for us! Casey would be dead if not for her and this clinic, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for veterinary care. Thank you all for your work!

I love taking my cat here. They are knowledgeable and kind and fast and really good with him. Love the service I get when I come here!
