Not organized. My father received care through this service three times a week for one hour each. He is supposed to have a walk or exercise as well as shower and shave. I get calls last minute cancellation at times there has been no coverage for a full week. The lack of care and compassion the head office has is astounding.Thank goodness my father has me but I think about all the other people that are alone and have no one to help them and they just get canceled on last minute.. would not recommend.
