Staff are helpful and friendly but you are left alone as well if that is what you prefer. Lots of light, mirrors and places to try on shoes and live with them for a while with no pressure while you decide. The store is so big you can walk around quite a bit comparing different shoes. Good prices and better selection than most any other shoe store but it's probably a good idea to hit the mall as well and visit the many shoe shops to see style trends and compare prices but you'll probably be back to make a purchase. I've bought many pairs here.

Purchased a pair of Sketcher walking shoes and a package of Sketcher socks on June 18th. The next day I went for a walk and the socks would not stay on my feet. They kept riding up under my feet and were useless. I returned the package of socks to the store and was advised by the manager that I could not return them as I had tried one of the pairs. I asked how I was supposed to find if they were satisfactory if I could not try them. She advised that I should give them away to someone else or donate them. Not a great policy!!!!I have purchased shoes in the past from this store at least 4 times. I will never purchase anything there in the future.Disgruntled senior.Ron H

Amazing service. When we got home (3hrs away) we realized we had 2 different sizes of shoes. Called them, explained the situation, and they had the right size matching shoes sent in 2 business days!! Told to keep other shoes! They went the extra mile to make sure the wrong was righted!! Which in this day and age is few and far between. Thanks Ladies!! Back to see you again soon for more!!

Its a great store housing some of the World's best brand products. I bought a pair of shoes which were on clearance. It said 70% Discount on Clearance at the shelve but when I took it to the cashier she said it is meant up to 70% which means the shoes can be at any percentage of discount and maximum discount it can have is 70%, and my shoes were at a 50% discount. They should clearly specify on the product as how much discount the product is on, that would give the customer a better idea rather than searching and calculating, but I loved the shoes that I chose, so even after getting 50% discount I bought it. The staffs were very nice and helpful and the store has a lot of varieties of shoes to choose from.

Always a good selection of shoes. Clearance racks usually have some special finds. Great prices, good quality footwear.

In store selection was poor. Lots of empy shelves. Ordered sketches products direct. Arrived at my front door in 3 days.

I've been here several times in the past and I would always give them 5 stars because of the pricing and the great customer service. However yesterday it was a completely different story. I'm not sure what was going on but I've never had that type of experience at this location. The staff of always been friendly in nice and very helpful but being open during the pandemic they really seemed disinterested in helping us find shoes. Even trying to struggle to find the proper shoe size for my toddler was not easy. They just seem disinterested in dealing with us unless we had the product in our hands wanting to pay for it

I normally love the shoe company but their customer service sadly isn’t what it used to be. I’m almost 9 months pregnant so I called to get some shoes put on hold to come pick up. I was so excited to get them and once I went to the store to pick them up I took them straight out for a walk. The shoes felt small on my feet (I wasn’t sure if it’s cause I’m pregnant or if they gave me the wrong size..) sure enough the second I got home I checked the sizing and they gave me the wrong size! They were in a box for 8.5 (which is the size I needed) but the shoes inside were a size 8… I went to the store thinking they would be sorry for the mistake and make things right but they just told me since I wore them once they can’t do anything.. The sales associate even admitted it was their fault for not checking the sizes but nothing she would do to help make it right. Not a good experience :(

Went in with momey to buy new trainers, when I mentioned I was looking around the $40-$50 range, I was told I couldn't be assisted because nothing would be in that range, and 'maybe' she could check online.So strange because Cleeves had Asics on for $40, and winners had tons of selection on for $20-$50.Anyway, won't be back - was turned away based on my price point.
