Stay away from this building specially if you have kids as the building sound insulation is very weak and noise complaints are a lot. There are bunch of older people living here and they have their friends in the strata council so they keep fining you for noise transfer until you leave the place. The strata company is just looking for money. They increase the strata fees by %5 almost every year.
