Overall a decent casino! A lot of smaller slot games and not enough of others, some games you may not get to even if you wait around for them. The brunch and dinner buffets are fabulous! Celebrated my 30th birthday with the T-bone steak buffet and everything was superb. The customer service desk even went back and found me a gift when they saw it was my birthday.

Blackjack Table minimum at $25 is way too high. Considering Calargy high roller minimum is $25. Should really lower the minimum to $5-$10.

Shorelines Casino offers the very best customer service in Ontario. They have great staff and great food. Lots of slots to choose from and amazing gaming tables with the friendliest supervisors i have ever met. They accomodate for any of my wants and needs at the casino. Truely a wonderful time every visit!

Casino is fine and fun. Newer games than most casinos. However the buffet is not to die for. Although they have a good selection everything is cold. Out server said she would mention it but not sure she did. Server was indifferent. You could tell she didn't want to be there. Didn't even take our dirty plates away. We left and will not return for a buffet. Maybe a call to the health departmentn might be in order. Not worth the $58.00 we paid.

First time at this casino. The staff was all amazing, the complementary drinks were great . I had a feeling about it being the one to go to. They had a great selection of games including huff and more puff. Anyways we showed up just before 7pm with 160 bucks. We played it down to 20 then things got interesting. We hit over 400 on 2 machines. We took the 160 and put it away. We started playing with our winnings and changing up the bet level randomly. When the bonus hit it was somewhere between a 2 and 4 dollar bet. It was a huge line pay that got our first hand pay. Also the slot attendant was super quick. We were paid within 5 mins. We will be back to try the buffet next time. Nomnom.

It was my first time at this casino. They had a special on for the Chinese New Year. You were to get $50 free bets for every $500 buy-in, based on play. The problem was that they gave you increments of $25, which was that you could use once, so you had to use $25 of your own because it was a $50 bet. They also decided who was going to get this special, so some players only got it a couple of times even though they bought in for a lot more and some got what they were supposed to toThey also had what they called a Chinese buffet. The only thing that resembled or tasted Chinese was the pork dumplings. I must admit the garlic shrimp was tasty, but the rest of it lacked taste or had any Chinese flavor whatsoever.

The managers wearing black at the cashier is very rude. I am not happy the way she talked to me. I asked her to page someone for me and she was about to slap me. She was super mad at something else I think. I am not coming back. The food at the buffet is not as good as before also.

took my disabled cancer stricken wife here for one of her last wishes. The game jackpots were very cheap, the machines ate up a thousand dollars very quickly, we decided to have lunch at the restaurant and found blonde hair in our meal, it was very disgusting... the manager gave us a discount on the meal as if to say we planned it. We left a 10 dollar tip for the waitress on top of paying the discounted portion as it wasn't her fault. We will not return to this rip-off Casino. We didn't see anyone get a half decent payout in the couple hours of play. Badly managed casino and prepair to pay 10 bucks for a pint of beer... TERRIBLE NASTY PLACE
