The Brick

Saw a great patio set online at the Brick. Went in, asked for it, and they had it in stock in a different location. Will deliver to my address. Was very quick and great service. I got the 3 year warranty of anything damages on it and if nothing happens, I was told after 3 years I use that as in store credit. All around great experience and product.

Went I to look at replacing our king size mattress. Met Hondo,he seemed knowledgeable and was super friendly. Did not try to up sale us. The sale is pretty good and they have 160 days to try out the mattress. We purchased the Better mattress protector as it felt cooler to the touch. We went Saturday and our new bed arrived Tuesday. Looking forward to trying it out.Thanks Hondo foe the great customer, itt was a pleasure.

Heather & Dillon we’re awesome. We’ve purchased many items in the past from the brick. Fridge, dishwasher, bed, mattresses, bedding & now new Samsung washer dryer combo & accessories & a tv wall mount. Heather was great & Dillon was very informative & helpful with mentoring her with training.Process was quick & easy. Appliances to be delivered to our new house in a few weeks. Thank you Heather !!

Needed a new oven, and Seth was very helpful in finding one that worked for us. He gave us thorough and detailed information about the product right down to installation details from the online manuals. He was also very detailed in explaining payment/financing, and warranty options that were available to us. Very happy with the service at the Brick.

I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding service provided by one of your salesmen, Hondo, during my recent visit to The Brick Chilliwack. I feel compelled to commend his personality and knowledge on the washer and dryer that we purchased. We told him our budget and he was able to work with that and help us with our purchase! When I ordered a mattress, I was able to select a delivery date for the upcoming weekend. I got a message the next day daying the mattress was out of stick and they couldn’t deliver the mattress on the selected delivery date, but that they’d call me back to arrange a delivery date when the mattress was back in stock. So they did and today was the date, I stayed home during the 3 hour delivery time they only provided me with YESTERDAY EVENING, less than 24 hours before my window. They called me 3 times in the same 2 minute time span, they didn't leave a message and didnt respond to my text message. I then got a message from some other place telling me the drivers couldn't fund my place and verified my address was CORRECT and assured me the driver would call back to make arrangement. He called while I was still on the phone with his lady on the phone, again not leaving a message. When I called him back, he lacked any sort of customer service skills with an annoyed customer. And refused to deliver, even though it was still well within the delivery window. I called his lady, no answer. Called the store, that could do absolutely nothing, not even cancel the order until TOMORROW sometime after they open. On a Sunday. She couldn't even guarantee they had a mattress in-store for me to pick up tonight that’s within the same price range. And the next delivery date would not be fore three more days and I would have to take time off work for them to maybe show up. Never mind I wouldn't know the 3 hour window until the EVENING before to be able to arrange the time off with work.I had similar issues YEARS ago with the brick in Ontario and hadn’t bought anything from them since because of it. I had hoped time and location would make them better. But clearly not. At least when the last crazyness from them happened, the sales clerk delivered missing parts of my order herself, in the evening after the store closed so I had what I needed on the promised date.Now my autistic kid and I don’t have a mattresses to sleep on as I threw the old one I had out earlier, knowing this one I had ordered was coming today.Never will I EVER use the Brick again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. . And god know when they will refund me so I can go get another mattress.Thanks a lot guys

Such a positive experience! My husband and I were shopping for a couch. We already had some idea of what we wanted. However, we did have some questions and we’re lucky enough to have Heather helping us. She was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable on the products. Thank you!

Jasleen was a wonderful sales person. She was able to get us exactly what we were looking for and quickly as well. Got a lovely washer and dryer unit installed today. Thanks Jasleen, you’re awesome.I am having problems with the install, it seems the installers put our hoses on backwards and the hot water and cold water are Switched as well as finding a gauge in my floor where they installed the washer and dryer.

Tyler was our first rep & he did a GREAT job! He knew exactly what he was talking about without being pushy and respected what we were looking for! Super good communication & just a very chill guy!Our second trip, Travis & the Sales Manager helped me out due to the couch not fitting thru the door :( Both Travis & Sales Manager were MORE then accommodating and gave me a WICKED deal on the second purchase! Overall, definitely recommend anyone in The Brick :)
