Jerad Cox at Sterling Realty is a gem. He was punctual, professional, super-knowledgeable, and very available for viewings and questions. He always gave us our space and never made us feel pressured either for time or decisions. Definitely gave us the feeling that his top priority was our being 100% satisfied with our purchase, yet also shared what he was seeing in terms of the strengths and weaknesses of each property. Although we were viewing during Covid, he always made sure to observe all protocols so that everyone could feel comfortable about the experience.

We bought our first house with a realtor from here. Left us with thousands in electrical work that needed to be done and multiple open permits with the city from work that had been done during Reno’s. Also the realtor provided the lawyer and inspector, we did not know that we had the option to find our own. Bought a half million dollar home and didn’t even receive any welcome gift, not even a thank you card from this realtor. I would have to say for first time home buyers, don’t pick this place. We feel like we were taken advantage of because we didn’t know and we were not informed on things that should have been explained to us. Hands down awful experience, not the experience you imagine in buying a first home.
