Travel Inn Hearst ON Canada

I was greeted at the door and welcomed, in a very friendly manner. The gentleman was very kind and got me booked in right away. If possible try calling direct for a booking as it helps them out. Room was clean and had all the usually things. Would definitely recommend.

Booking the room was a delight, very comical over the phone. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, clean & comfortable. Would stay again!

The toilet wasn't cleaned, but overall the room was clean and the air conditioner works great. Front desk staff are not knowledgeable about the town.

Absolutely horrendous service! They sold us a pet friendly room online, then we drove 10 hours to get there and they denied us on the spot, saying “you didn’t call” and “I don’t care what your online reservation says”. If I could give it no stars I would. Please do yourself a favour and never book a stay here!!! You might sleep in the street. Seriously, horrible service.

Not sure where all these negative reviews about customer service came from, but my experience was pretty great! Drove 15 hours and needed a place to stay. Not from around here and was travelling alone. I was warmly met at the front desk by an older gentleman. Quickly developed a good rapport and also found out this place is pet friendly! Good to know for the future because I have a dog (didn’t get to bring her for this trip). I was so tired that I walked out of the office without taking my room key - when I came back around, the front desk clerk was waiting patiently by the front door to hand me the key, haha. THEN when I couldn’t get my room key to work, they promptly helped resolve that issue, as well. No deposit required, paid with debit, room was fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, safe, and complimentary bottles of water. Did I mention they are pet friendly? If you have pets then you know this place is a treasure. I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks, Travel Inn :)

My stays at Travel Inn Hearst Ontario have been and are wonderful. The rooms are up to date and clean. All amenities are available that anyone could need. The owner and staff are very helpful and pleasant. I’ve never had a problem there and will always stay at the Hearst Travel Inn if I am in Hearst. Best value for your money in the snowmobiling Northern Corridor of Ontario. I highly recommit!!

The room was very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fridge in my room wasn't working but there was lots of ice at reception so it was no big deal. I could only log into one device at a time which was a bit annoying as I could not be on both my phone and tablet at the same time but still not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk person was extremely friendly and I really like the service of this place. Honestly out of every hotel and motel I have been to this is the best one I would say.
