So it was a hot day, I was eager to get refreshed, biked for an hour from mimic Toronto, as I arrived, took off my sneakers, my shirt and jumped in (after making reservations),,, it turned out the water of that pool is heated!!!! I had difficulty swimming because my body was warm and could not breath, it was a disaster. No wonder this outdoor pool has low occupancy, perhaps they should mention a sign the water temperature... not to be repeated, unless if they open in winter...

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Many summer weekends in a row they let you in regardless of the kids' ages, like doing you a favor, another day they suddenly want to play strict and turn you away saying the age is inappropriate while the pool has just a few visitors in, so there is little chance the kids would cause any inconvenience. You guys need to follow one path in your admittance policy otherwise you get people confused by your misleading habits apparently based on the front desk persons' mood and personal attitude towards visitors. Great Pool, superb location. The pool and facilities are kept pristine. The staff are excellent, always in good humour and eager to smile - after all it is the summer. They get to know the names of the regulars. They are above all, very responsible and diligent. When necessary they have to enforce protocols whcich is necessary for the good and dafety of all. wpr protocols which they do in a most polite manner, which is good for everyone

Love love love this pool! Water is always warm, family friendly, patient life guards. Clean bathrooms and changing rooms. Has a slide and diving board. Me and my family are regulars.

Nice small parking lot...separate from the playground nearby. In the summer there's daily kids camps so it's worth calling ahead of time to know if it's chaotic

The lifeguards in this pool are devoid of intelligence and can't wait to blow their whistles and tell you what to do. The pool is half decent, but the staff are idiots. You'll be irritated and annoyed in no time flat.

This is a nice place to learn swimming. The pool is neat and kept well. The ambience around is welcoming. Lewis Bradley Park is just across the pool.

pretty good pool in the area, depending on the date the water will be either be cold but also has the ability to be warm, saltwater Style, fun time for the kids there are outdoor chairs for you to lounge as well
