Well the answer is in the name lolIf you're in Victoria and you're looking for souvenirs going to a store named souvenir outlet is probably going to be a good call .lolFor a store that is for tourism the prices are very decent the staff here are not pushy at all .

Store has so many works of Local artists, or simply artist from all across Canada.Prices are amazing....I'm still stoked about what I purchased.Definitely going back.

Arrived in Victoria and weather was cold and hailing and expected good weather so no hat or jacket,went there found a fleece jacket and ball cap at very reasonable price! Good service

Definitely not an outlet. I've visited almost all souvenir stores and this is just as overpriced as the other ones.
