I contacted them looking for someone to do my bookkeeping. The response I received was horrible. I felt that Robin one of the principles was totally condescending. Imagine a bookkeeping company that does not want to see the paperwork or meet the client in person for the first time. The fact is when I asked for a phone call instead of a zoom meeting she just shut me down, saying I was not a good fit" as all their work is virtual. Totally ignorant and lacking in customer service. I noticed there are no new reviews for the last 4 years. Not surprised

Took the quickbooks course and what a difference it has made to my confidence and efficiency. I am now able to work for smaller companies who concentrate on their businesses rather than their books . Robin and Dawn are wonderful ,knowledgeable, and helpful, and present a very relaxed classroom environment.I strongly recommend this program to help produce accurate records, statements, and reports that ultimately allow a clear vision of growth yet keep you audit proof and let you sleep at night .
