Dr. Ellie Bolgar

A little disheartened to not receive a reply to two emails sent to Dr. Bolgar questioning why an appointment for a loved one was cut short to only 45 minutes, rather than 55 minutes... At $145 plus tax an appointment - that’s $27 wasted and 10 minutes of “help” lost... My time is valuable too, as is every dollar I spend.Poor communication and seems disorganized as she didn’t even know we had an appointment. The last one was booked 5 weeks in advance. Won’t be going back or recommending her. I’ve wasted so much money for nothing.

She doesn't respond emails or calls. Was late for the session for 15mins and still charged the same.

Dr. Bolgar is a warm, compassionate Psychologist who is very wise and skillful at helping me pull my true most inner thoughts and feelings from the most hidden places. She has helped bring some pain from years ago to the surface which has then allowed me to deal with them and continue my personal growth.Dr. Bolgar is very Professional and extremely fair. Over the past couple of years I had to cancel two different appointments. Unfortunately I had to cancel them within 48 hours of my scheduled appointment. Like many professionals who are booked ahead 2-3 weeks they have a policy the client is charged if the do not cancel more than 48 hours before their appointment. One of the times I had cancelled (within that 48 hour window) she was able to fill with another patient so she sent me an email to let me know she filled the space and she credited my account. The other appointment she was not able to fill so I expected to pay as her time is very valuable.FLG
