Terrible business practices. I order a slice and a drink. It said on the menu “Gourmet slice and 355 ml drink” for $6. When I went to pay they charged me $7 plus tax. When I proceeded to ask why he said that the drink in the photo was a “premium drink”. It’s 355ml so what’s so premium about it. Not to mention this was the only 355ml drink in the fridge.

Amazing pizza! Delicious and affordable. The decor is not great, but the service and the food are awesome. I will be back, especially next time I'm at the AGO.

Very rude Employee.Employee ( bald headed) was very rude, I asked him about Pizza name and type he didn’t reply and he kept staring at me. I felt very uncomfortable. Please employ friendly people and not someone rude. They behave as if they are the Shop owner.

Ordered food for a volunteer luncheon a day and a half in advance as to hopefully beat whatever lunchtime walk-in-in rush may happen. Was told pizza was running 15 minutes behind (after I called to check on the status) It’s now almost an hour late and we have hungry and grumpy volunteers. Will definitely try to find a more reliable pizza establishment next time as this isn’t it.

I visited this place twice during my stay in Toronto. During my first visit, I had a slice of their vegan pizza. During the second, I had a vegetarian one. I enjoyed both the slices a lot. Their service was good and my order was served fast. I really liked the Scarface poster on their wall. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's looking to try some delicious pizzas.

Really awful experience. I ordered a pizza I always get, but this time it was missing cheese and looking overall really different/disgusting. Look at this. Would the cook even eat it? I tried but it tasted stale. I paid 20$ including delivery. When I calmly call the restaurant to let them know they got my order wrong, the man was INCREDIBLY RUDE & AGGRESSIVE. That is not how you speak to clients, especially returning clients. Never coming back, you just lost a faithful client.
