Horrible customer service the people that toke my order where not very nice neither co operation with the order that I needed they asked to many questions and there attitude was very rude in speaking to the customer regardless I wanted to get a bagel belt after 4:00 pm pst and she said we don’t serve breakfast after 4 pm she was very rude about it and not really understanding thanks regardless the food is always great unfortunately they couldn’t even serve the customer what they really wanted or needed when needed

I like the coffee but the food is terrible.Long lineups, slow service and just an all around bad experience.You get what you pay for, Maybe if they paid better wages they could or did proper training they could have better service.

Night shift is awful. Tried to get bagel before work at 4 a.m., and they tell me they don't serve food at this time... Starting off a busy day on an empty stomach because of these guys on a few different occasions in the mornings. This has been going on for years. I can't believe management hasn't done anything about this.

Went in for a evening snack after dinner. First time at this location. Surprisingly busy with cars, people hanging around outside and steady lineup of 5-6 customers deep. Placed mobile order. Service was friendly, coffee was good. Only issue was the lack of donut choices at 9:30pm.

was it a Training Day?Customer line up was disorganized with four entry doors, each leading to an order station, but only one order station staffed.The one person on the order station seemed distracted, and the crew were not on task. They were definitely trying to be efficient.Also there was an error on my order, but I didn't notice until after I left - not major but....All in all, not a good experience.

Manager and Staff more than willing to help even to get started on points card.You still have to setup your account and app. They're not there to be your IT Support. There's probably an online chat or phone to help with that. Please don't expect the Store Staff to setup the app or account for you. That's a self serve process you can manage.Everything you need to setup your account and app is on the points card.
