Discovered that both my headlights had burnt out late last night. Today I gave Jiffy Lube a call and they said that they could replace the burnt out bulbs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great, friendly, professional service!

Fast, honest, and understands customer's needs very well. Naijel, Darren, and Ajay did a fantastic job! I visited this location for the first time expecting engine oil and tires need to be replaced. The salesman did not try to up-sell anything but told me exactly what I need to replace. Also, he gave me 3 options for my tires. All 3 options are practical and cost-effective. I will definitely return here for my next oil change and beyond.

My vehicle started showing low engine coolant alert when I was on the road. This Jiffy Lube location was on my way and I stopped by to top off the coolant. Guys provided excellent service, quickly added coolant and windshield cleaner and didn’t even charge me anything. I really appreciated their help!

It’s my first time visiting Jiffy Lube Richmond to get my oil changed and my windshield wiper replaced and will definitely be returning. All the staffs is super friendly, helpful, and efficient. This is by far THE BEST SERVICE I’ve had in Richmond! I have been here twice; first visit was for my tires, and second was for oil change and regular check. Brought my car here. They tried to rip me off on everything thinking I don’t know anything about my car. Then speaks in their own language infront of me. My car wouldn’t turn on after their service , I went on to explain to them I had turn my car on twice no issues and now suddenly issue? Instead of jump starting my car, they then tried to sell me a new battery. Ridiculous sales tactic used here to scam people to spend more.Not honest business people here.I would not come back and advise you not to too.
