Dine & Style Fine Catering and Events

We are so happy we used Dine & Style for our corporate retreat at Whispering Springs! We used their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for a group of 19 people on June 29-30, 2023. Sinead was so great and accommodating to work with behind the scenes when planning out the menus. They have a great menu selection and easily accommodate allergies/diets. Onsite, the staff arrived on time and set up the food beautifully. The food was so DELICIOUS! I'm still thinking about the corn on the cob and the strawberry shortcake petits pots! Everyone loved the tasty quality and portions of the food. My favourite part was that Dine & Style and Whispering Springs arranged the boxed breakfasts to be delivered at everyone's tent in the mornings. This was really well organized. Words cannot describe how fantastic my wedding was last night, and a huge part of that was because of Sinead and her team! Our sit down tasting prior to the wedding was incredible and the menu items were paired perfectly. We tasted so many options and Sinead helped us create our menu, but also helped put together endless options that stayed within our budget. She was always in communication with us and answered all of our questions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.We have received non-stop compliments about not only the food, but friendly and professional staff. They served our guests with such elegance and were a pleasure to be around! I can’t recommend her catering enough, everything was amazing and everyone was so happy (and full). Thank you so much!!

Our dinner for 8 people at our home was exquisitely executed by our chef - Greg, and his assistant - Jennifer. We had ordered 3 appetizers which were fresh and delicious, served on a rustic platter of wood. Our Caesar salad was authentic. Our plated dinner of beef tenderloin, buttered mashed potatoes and roasted medley of our favourite veggies was simply gourmet! Dessert of crepe suzette was our special request and divine! Our experience with Sinead (the owner) in the planning process was professional and personal. We will definitely look for an opportunity for a next time"."

Sinead and her team are perfection! They catered the most amazing meal for our wedding (guests raved about it), the bartenders were a hit, and each staff member was incredibly professional and helpful. Sinead also was our day of coordinator and knowing she was running the show allowed me to truly enjoy our day. I had 1000% trust in her and her team and they went above expectations. I’d use Dine & Style for any and every event big or small.

Sinead and the team at Dine & Style catered our wedding at Whispering Springs this past August and it was absolutely incredible! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the huge grazing board!! And how delicious everything was. Sinead was awesome to work with because she knew our venue inside and out. We just finished our tasting with their team and everything was fantastic. We really wanted to do our tasting before we booked with them, but because of COVID we had to go ahead and book in advance of trying their food. Well, safe to say that we shouldn’t have stressed at all. Everything was excellent.We’re pretty big foodies and wanted to make sure the dishes were going to be great for our wedding. They have SO many options to choose from. The flavours and plating were all excellent, and we got to narrow down what we were looking for. They’re also open to making substitutions or different combinations, which is really helpful.Super looking forward to our wedding day!Update because apparently I’m not allowed to review again! We had our wedding a week ago and Sinead and her team were FANTASTIC! They worked with us to create our dream menu and executed a 120 person event fully under a tent on a remote property. Food was executed perfectly and Sinead was a total dream to work with. She was hugely organized - beyond just the food, also helping us coordinate rentals since we had to bring everything in for the tented wedding. She was organized, calm and so FUN! I’m a big foodie with high standards and I would highly recommend Sinead and her team. What a perfect experience. We can’t thank you enough!!

I booked them for an agency-wide meal and they did not disappoint. Their email correspondence was prompt, detailed, and pressure free. Booking them was simple and their estimate was accurate and clear.Day of the event, Greg came conveniently early around 10-15 minutes before the event to deliver the food - He then set up the plates and signage for the various food and dietary options. He was personable, respectful, and speedy. The staff raved about the food, their menu is affordable and fair, and the food was excellent. Our sandwich lunch offered a variety of options for all staff ranging from meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and even some staff members with gluten allergies. Everyone loved their food.5/5 stars isn't enough, Dine & Style were fantastic to work with and they will be our go to for all future corporate events. Much love from ADRA Canada!

Dine & Style was absolutely fantastic!My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dine & Style for our wedding reception.From the first point of contact with the team, we felt great about putting our deposit down and setting up the tasting.Typically, when you go to a wedding reception, people usually remember the venue, food and the bar.We truly have not experienced a level of quality and professionalism in any other catering capacity.Our guests raved about the food and gave us a ton of compliments, and some got her card for their own events. One of our guests even stated that it was better than a 5-star restaurant he went to in the US.We are so incredibly happy we booked with Dine & Style. We had Dine & Style cater our wedding last month and it was the best decision! Sinead and team were amazing! Our venue was outdoors without a full kitchen and they were able to execute all dishes perfectly, exceeding all our expectations. We had so many guests tell us that everything was delicious and it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Please do yourself a favour and book Dine and Style for your next event! We hired them for our wedding and had an amazing experience. Sinead is fantastic - she helped us organize our event timeline, order all of our rentals and worked with us to create a delicious menu.
