ABC Septic Services Ltd. did an amazing job of completely redoing our septic system. They did a first class job of everything they tackled. Our job was not an easy job and they were very professional. They designed a large system that would fit our needs. They had to take out the old system that was not functioning and replace it with a system that would support a 3300 square foot house with a suite. They handled all the paperwork and registration of the system and construction. We are very satisfied with the professional and friendly way that everything was done. We knew that our install would be a very challenging one. ABC Septic assured us that they were prepared to take on the project which we knew would require a number of additional landscaping demands. We really appreciated the supportive, positive can do" attitude they brought to the project."

I had to replace my entire septic system. Kelly and Sylvia handled everything from start to finish I didn’t have to do a thing. The entire job from phone call to finish was only two weeks. I could not believe how neat and tidy the site was when the job was done. I spread some grass seed around and in a few weeks the lawn was as good as new. They managed to get everything done for thousands less than the other two quotes I had. With everything said and done I could not be happier.

Have used this company for septic tank pump out several times over the past 25 years. They are reliable and professional. Mr Hohmann arrived on time this morning and was done in under 30 minutes. His price was fair and he provided some free advice on installing a riser on our tank to improve access and eliminate digging down to the lid. I recommend this company.

On June 25, 2022, my niece got engaged on our patio and we had a house full of people. The next day the septic system got plugged. So, into town to get a long snake and hours of troubleshooting left only something blocking the entrance to the septic tank as the cause. I could not locate the inflow cleanout so I called Kelly of ABC Septic Services. He told me where to look and of course, I dug on the wrong side of the tank. Another call and he pointed out my error. More digging and I finally located it as Kelly drove into the driveway. He popped off the access cover and a few pokes with a stick got everything running again. Kelly really saved the day and left with a handshake. It's nice having people around who know what they are doing, have pride in doing a good job, and are willing to go the extra mile. We have used ABC Septic Services on a number of occasions for septic pump out and have always found them professional punctual and reasonably priced.On this occasion however we experienced a sewer back up causing major damage to our ground floor suite.Kelly attended within a couple of hours, identified the problem and had the repairs completed in 24 hours.This was despite the complex problem which required excavation by specialist machinery. Sylvia was extremely helpfull contacted a renovation company on our behalf who were able to start the clean up and dry out almost immediately.
