Long story short, I went for an install to another location and was disappointed and ripped off, but then I heared about Airdrow, came and In less then 5 minutes was pleased by an awesome service by Steve, not only that he helped me, he got me right before close too with no appointment.Most of the truckers don’t even know about this location, but I will be sure to spread my word around for this guy, that’s for sure! Steve is the best around. He's been in the install business for over 3 years Anderson's Cell city, Argyll communications, Communications 2000 etc. Knowledge is unbelievable. Glad he decided to open up his own shop a few years ago.

The guy at the back are best they are positive and kind and helpful but the lady at the front is arrogant no customer service..this is what I feel my personal experience..

I purchased a car starter for my F150 and all I can say is that this was the best price in town and the service was awesome. Steve goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with you purchase and the work done. I highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car starter or trunk radio and installation to go there or at least phone them and get a quote.

I highly recommend Steve and his team. Their knowledge is incomparable.....All of the staff. They are quick, efficient, affordable, and don't waste your time with expensive words and nonsense. Steve will explain everything in simple and friendly terms. And he is an extremely nice person as well. A very good, honest, polite yet professional man. Ray is a very friendly guy and meticulously went through a whole bunch of tests to make sure my radios were working. Highly recommended and will be coming when I have a new CB install. Oh yeah my battery died and he gave me a boost too, Thanks Ray!

We have an older vehicle that rarely gets out of the garage. On two occasions the battery went dead and the remote start needed to be reprogrammed. Although we had not purchased our Titan Starter from him Steve cheerfully reprogrammed it for us. A few days after he reprogrammed it the second time we were forced to replace the battery. Very sheepishly we returned and Steve happily came out to reprogram it. He took time out of his busy day for or some light conversation and some funny stories. He never charged us once for the service.. Going forward any future business of this type for us or our family will be with Steve and Aidrow Installations.. So nice to see in this day age age. A true old schooler.

Set me up for a mount and everything I needed for my 2 way radio quickly giving me a few different options with all the pros and cons and didn't charge extra for coming out and giving me a hand with it. Will defiantly be going back.

We bought a car starter from Steve at Aidrow a few years ago and it stopped working a few days ago and Steve looked at it and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Great Service as always. Highly recommend this place for Car Staters. Thank you Steve.
