Agree with the previous posters, this business is a scam! This is a private co. which doing business of helping people applying visa with MANY countries and charges extra fee, not a real ‘China Visa Center’. BE AWARE !!

I don't usually write reviews, this is actually my first ever time writing one, I just had to because I can't believe how horrible my experience was at this place. Extremely Rude Employees!! Someone needs to review the employees at this location because of their rudeness, unwilling to help, agent lack of knowledge to solve problems.!!. Rude, irritating, and overall just unpleasant to deal with. Horrible service.. Worst service ever!!!. Avoid at all costs!!!

This Business is a total scam! you can give a 5 year old an iPad and they can book you an appointment for you visa. DO NOT GO TO THIS VISA CENTER SCAMS. You can book directly to the embassy of the country /schengen area that you're going. They will do the same thing but charges you $150 not including the visa fee (approximately $100). They don't have any special connections to book you an earlier appointment. Don't waste your time here because THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAMS!!!!

Got my Visa very last minute - the Visa Centre was able to rush my application, get it filled out perfectly and sent off, it came in early - I used the rush service.It was great! Thank You!(Before I was referred to Markham - I tried contacting some Toronto downtown visa centre and they were terrible, never returned my calls, brutal service)

Terrible customer service. Instead of being helpful, they looked at me like I was an idiot for making this appointment. I would ask questions only to get a blanket response. Basically the only way they would help me is if I paid their 99 dollar fee. Also, when booking the appointment I wrote exactly what I needed their help for, someone should have emailed me back saying that they would not be able to provide the kind of service I was looking for. Instead, I wasted my time. Thank you for absolutely nothing!
