She was always available to answer any questions I had with wisdom and exceptional knowledge and was so respectful to the tenants in the condo so that they were comfortable with the experience also. Courtnay is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and will tell you like it is. She was so helpful and patient as a first time home buyer and when I was moving, she did an incredible amount of work to sell my place. I felt supported rather than pushed into a decision. Courtnay can also stage a place better than anyone! I wouldn't use anyone else.
