I called on January 16th 2019 and asked about there embroidery and they said they could do it fairly quickly. So I took my jacket in the following day, Friday 17th. I was helped by a lovely lady at the counter who I felt was very helpful and informative. She gave me ideas and some tips. Wasn't bushy at all. She told me it would be done within a week. I was happy with that. She said if there is an issue or she needs to make a change that she would call me ASAP, otherwise I'll call you as soon as it's done. This sounded great to me. Well Wednesday the 22nd came and I recieved a call mid day saying your Jacket is ready to be picked up. I was in shock, I wasnt expecting a call till Friday. So I went in and sure enough my Jacket is done. I couldn't believe how i was given it too. In a NEW plastic bag, like the one you would get when the jacket is bran new. My jacket was folded in the same way. I was very impressed. I took it out and looked over there work. I'm very very very happy and since i have worn it i have had compliments on it. Great news for these guys is, I have LOTS of Jackets and shirts that they will now do. I will be back in with another order for sure. HATS off to all. Thank you for your work. Cheers Red Jacket Rob.

Honestly some of the nicest people I have ever had to deal with ! I’m so last minute , and they managed to have my knife finished for my partner so much quicker than I expected!! Also the knife looked AMAZING
