DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER AND INEXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS. After our furnace cleaning our furnace would not operate properly. We contacted the owner only to be given attitude and rude responses. After much discussion and his rude condecsending remarks he very angrily agreed to come and check if his technicians had forgotten to close something properly or turn on a switch. Once the owner of the company arrived he stated he had no idea .... opened and closed some doors on the furnace and pushed a bunch of buttons on my thermometer which we later had to reset because of what he had aimlessly touched. When he finally left agreeing he had no idea he mentioned if I had a technician come out and say that it broke due to their work he would accept that. When he was contacted to speak with a PROFESSIONAL technician he refused and his response was simply YOU SIGNED AND IT SAYS WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY. WE PAID OVER $500 FOR THE CLEANING WHICH ALSO COST US AN ADDITIONAL $590 IN REPAIRS due to CitySide negligence!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE SAVE YOURSELF THE EXTRA COST AND CONTACT AN HONEST COMPANY!!!

Kory was friendly, professional right from the first contact. He was on time and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. He even came out on a holiday! His rate is reasonable, even for my place out in the country where such work typically costs more. The positive difference in our breathing and coughing was noticeable almost immediately. I would recommend Kory and his work to anyone looking for a good duct and furnace cleaning. I will definitely use him again next time I need this job done.

I had never gotten it done before newer home owner he did amazing very kind and very understanding of my kids. Will be using them again for sure :)

Cory was friendly, informative, punctual and polite. He was able to remove all debris and dirt from all my ducts and vents. He also found toys inside of my furnace. Had this company cleaning my air ducts. Very happy with their throurought work. They were professional, punctual, and detail oriented. Great pricing too! I liked the essential oil treatment of air system!

We bought an older house and while it had a newer furnace, the ducts were incredibly dirty with a lot of build up. Cory was friendly and informative. He showed some of the build up in the furnace to me, and explained what he was going to do to clean the ducts. I mentioned my asthma and he told me about a sanitizer he could run through the system at the end for extra cleaning. He was thoughtful and checked in with me during the process to make sure it wasn't bothering my breathing. Would 100% recommend.Thank you!

I have used ‘other’ duct/furnace cleaning businesses in the past but have found that there was so much dust in my home that it was impossible to keep up with the cleaning. From dust on my clothes in my closets to dust hanging off the ceilings and wall although I cleaned them annually.. mostly what I saw was white dust. Pretty sure that I did not get my ducts cleaned although I had paid for it.This year I tried CitysideServices and to date I have minimum dust on my furniture and no dust flying around in the air. I am SO impressed with this and will no doubt use their services again.. Cory is very professionally while being exceptionally friendly at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend him and his crew!
