We called JaDoc Inglis Carpet and Rug Care because of the outstanding reviews on Google. I couldn't agree more. Their workmanship is impeccable. We had a section of carpet that was torn up by our cat and the repair is totally seamless - you can't see where the new carpet begins or ends. We were so impressed with their repair work that we actually scheduled a carpet cleaning with them as well at the end of the month! We are looking forward to continuing to use their services.

We hired this company to clean our ceramic and grout on the main floor. The grout was black and the tiles had what we thought were defects, turns out the tiles were fine and the the grout actually matched the cream coloured tile, great job at a very fair price!

I have used this company for my area rug cleanings and always a great job. Today I had Mark come to our home and clean my 5 seater sofa. Oh my gosh it looks brand new. Highly recommend this company for your rugs and furniture cleaning.

When I found carpet eating moths on three of my favourite area rugs just a few weeks before moving, I was devastated and thought they were lost. I found a couple of companies via Google and one was unable to help me so they suggested I call Jadoc Inglis, who have been fantastic and got my carpets back to me within record time. I won’t know for some time if they got all of the moth eggs and larvae, a tough job, but will update this review after sone moths meanwhile, I am simply very impressed with their service.

Excellent service. The technician was on time, did a great job on the carpets and protected wall corners from the hoses. He also gave us information on how to properly care for our carpets which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

After having issues with the initial cleaning and the spots not being removed, Mark contacted me and I told him the issues I had with the initial cleaning. Mark came himself and did the spot cleaning. He definitely made things right, I’m completely happy with the service and level of care and detail Mark had in cleaning my carpets.
