Pillar to post did a thorough inspection of a property I was considering purchasing and being an out of province buyer I needed someone to be my eyes before purchase ….thankfully Ryan found some deficiencies that made me reconsider this purchase and saving me some repairs I wasn’t looking to take on …..Ryan was helpful with information and very available to explain his findings and also provided a detailed report with photos to help me see what he had found … I’m still looking and would use Ryan’s services again… I would definitely recommend Ryan and his services
