Had a great experience at snugglebugz today! Amazing customer service. Joelle showed us the yoyo2, the bugaboo butterfly, and the Nuna trvl. She gave us all the pros and cons of each and also showed us the clek and Pipa lite infant car seat. It was sooooo helpful!

Terrible in-store customer service, my worst experience yet. I think they think we are stupid and don't know what good customer service is supposed to be like. Head office customer service was just as bad! They switched up on me and told me good luck"

Just went there to buy a stroller and a baby car seat. Sales agent Bianca helped a lot today. She showed us different strollers to choose from. And even sampled how to install in my vehicle. Thank you so much Bianca. I hope you continue to help more customers. Good job.

Love this store! The lady who helped me was amazing! I wish I got her name. I was looking for specific items and she got everything I needed and more! I was in and out in no time. Will be coming back for sure.

Cute store. Good selection of products. Stopped in to look for some gift ideas and was approached by a couple different staff members asking if I was doing ok or needed any help.Nowadays it’s rare to find retail workers who are attentive yet not overbearing. It was a pleasant surprise to have staff at a retail store seem so attuned to customers needs...Although, I didn’t need any help, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer.I also overheard an associate demonstrating a stroller to an expectant couple, she was very knowledgeable and personable.This is a good store and the level of customer service deserves more than five stars! Thanks to the staff for making my experience a great one!

Not a great experience with their registry. Many items out of stock, and unreliable inventory management means most of my items became unavailable, and they didn't bother to notify me. Also, they don't keep accurate track of which items were purchased. Telephone customer service was polite, but not helpful. So far I haven't received anything that was purchased.

I don’t know why the ratings are low, my experience was great! There is a huge variety of baby items.Many thanks to Ulzhan, who patiently explained all the differences between strollers.It’s our favourite place to go for baby items now. Also recommended to friends.

Literally the most incredible experience due to the lovely, knowledgeable, kind, smart Michka. Michka spent two hours walking around the store with me, my mom and my stepdaughter showing us exactly what we needed and ensured to also tell me what not to buy. As a first time mom, this was so incredibly helpful as I had so many questions. She showed me all the strollers and provided pricing, colour choices and all the pros and cons of each item. She also did live demonstrations of how they worked. I cannot stress enough how wonderful of an experience I had with her.I had just gone into the store to ask one question about a stroller I had seen online and Michka went above and beyond to tell me everything I needed to know. She was unreal. Not to mention, also very stylish and presentable with lovely hair and nails. She’s the type of person you’d want to hang out with!!Thank you Michka for the most incredible experience. I can’t wait to be back in store !

Please pay attention to the other one star reviews for this store. Worst customer experience I've ever had, AWFUL store, stay away!! The staff and the manager either have no clue about their store policy or they act dumb because they don't want to accept returns. The staff make up their own rules about returns, registry perks, and price match-- which go against what's stated on their website. I had to call their Head Office and the head office agreed with me that I'm correct and sorted things for my refund. Please shop anywhere else other than here, they are not worth the headache and their prices are not even cheaper than other places. Very disappointed!!

This is our “home store.” We are here constantly, and they have always been amazing! But today was above and beyond. We were helped by a lovely young lady, whose name I forgot to catch. But I know it starts with an ‘M’, and I’m almost certain she is the manager. We hadn’t seen her since before we had our son (who is now 6 months old), and she remembered us! She was so patient with us, and so kind. She helped us with something that she truly didn’t have to. It is employees like this that help gain loyal customers.
