I love the variety and that I don’t have to make up my own routine. The coaches are all so helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. The small class size is perfect for me! I really look forward to my workouts.

It’s a fun, motivating and effective workout that you can start at your personal challenge level. The staff are lovely, the place is clean and the music keeps you going. The coaches are great. Totally recommend!

I love that the work-outs change everyday. They are challenging and well rounded. Coaches are so warm and welcoming, and lots of convenient class times offered!

Just started going to this gym and enjoy it but wish they would keep the music down to a more respectable level. Can barely hear and understand the coach, and I end up getting headaches. I do like the music and understand it helps pump everyone up at the gym but the level is ridiculous at any time of day. Hopefully this improves.

I have been a member since the beginning at Orangetheory ESP and I love that it is in my community and only a short drive away. I also love the workout and results from working out in all areas of my physical and mental health. It is never easy but always worth it! I love the challenge. The owner, instructors and staff are fantastic and helpful. My husband comes with me now and it is something we can do together and we have fun. meeting all the great Orangetheory members.
