We needed an emergency pumpout in Nanaimo, because my son's house burnt down and our two houses are connected to one septic, plumbing and electrical services. I called and explained and was told he'd come out, but was at a job in Parksville and it would be a while. We were okay with that, then he told me there would be an extra $150 Saturday fee. None of the other companies charged us for emergency calls, they were COMPASSIONATE... but AGAIN ...OK!He arrived, complained about where he had to park, complained about how far he had to drag the hoses and then told my son...some days it doesn’t past to answer your phone!" REALLY!!?? Then next time DON'T! Isn't THAT what the extra $150 was for!!?? We were charged $400 just for the call out. He's stood there complaining

We moved into our home 3 years ago with knowledge our system might fail as it wasn't replaced as per recommended by another company. Well our system failed and I quickly called up request because of how many people recommended the company. With a baby due in 3 weeks and time was ticking. Mike and his sons started and finished our job and exceeded any expectations. We were left with an amazing system and the comfort in knowing we don't have to worry about the system for a really long time. Not only was the quote fantastic but the service was great! They completely changed our yard and kept us in the loop the entire process. Would I hire request again? Um absolutely! Thanks again guys for an amazing job!

Owner is an impatient and rude man. After verbally assaulting my friend for 'taking too long' at the gas pump ahead of him, this man, while in the company vehicle, had the audacity to kick my buddy's car at the stop sign on the way out of the lot. This is grossly unprofessional and downright unacceptable for anyone, let alone a representative of a company face, to behave in public. I guaruntee that I nor anyone who is connected to us, will ever consider doing business with this man. In order to prevent a negative review om facebook, he also blocked my friend who I am posting on behalf of. Absolutely shameful behaviour.

Great company, Mike the owner is awesome, had him clean out our septic twice now. Always nice to deal with and a very competitive price. Highly recommend and he is a fellow Cedar resident.
