The walk-in clinic is no more, and their hours of operation have shrunk to inconvenient times. Basically, you have to miss work or school to see the doctor.

The receptionist was super rude and unprofessional barely knows anything. Yells at phone acts like she is the doctor… ignorant … I like dr. Carrier but stay away from elemental professional health care …

Excellent care and compassion from everyone there. greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. There is sometimes a short wait but thats because they do not rush you through. The doctor takes the time to be thorough.

I “tolerated” this office for many years- Drs and reception were OK at best. But Dr Carriere was great! She was friendly and always made me feel at ease. I did end up leaving this office as I moved across the city, but I did consider staying here solely due to her.

Both the doctors and receptionists are unprofessional and not welcoming, it's unfortunate that I find a walk-in clinic better than my regular doctor. My visits with Dr. Saint Hilaire, I found that she lacks concern for her clients, poorly organized, relies on referrals rather than examining herself and does not recall your previous concerns/conversations/appointments. Unfortunately, it's also up to you to follow up with your doctor about concerns or results, they will not contact you until months later. Overall, this clinic has continuous problems that have not been resolved and I would not recommend.

People are very nice at this clinic. After Checking in for a flu shot, (and I was on time) for my 9:15 appointment, I waited for a half hour, went to the front desk and asked how much longer, I was told nurse was with a patient. For a half hour I asked. I left. Wait times at this practice are way too long....how can a place be that far behind at 9:15??

This clinic has cancelled 2 of my appointments now through Medeo without giving me an explanation as to why they had done that. The past 2 appointments I have been trying to book has something to do with my mental health and they seem to think it doesn’t matter. . The receptionists I guess makes the call as to what is urgent and not urgent which is just terrible at least for me. Not even a call back was initiated whatsoever to apologize for this inconvenience.

This is a pretty OK place. It doesnt strike me as being that different from any other clinic in Winnipeg. I think some of the other reviews here either praising certain doctors or criticizing certain doctors are prejudice. I found the place decent enough. Nothing special.

Dr. Carriere is a good doctor BUT you can never get a hold of her when you need her and the receptionist is impatient, doesn’t care about anything that is said to them, responds with the blanket answer of “your appointment is at this time”. Very condescending about our needs. If I’m calling to speak to my doctor because it’s urgent and I’m scared. I need to speak with them. Obviously they’re busy. But to be met with a blanket answer and zero compassion is so upsetting.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, all because of Dr. Schifke. He I have seen him in person twice over the last couple of years. He is rude and unpleasant.Every second I've spent consulting with him he gave me the impression I was wasting his time. I don't think he once looked at my chart - with every appointment he knew nothing about my medical history and I had to explain it all over again, while he impatiently sat there tapping his foot. He child have saved his precious time by just skimming my chart!I am female nearing menopause and I think that played a factor as Dr Shifke got uncomfortable whenever I talked about this.Don't go to this doctor, especially if you're female.
