They got interface with almost everything, credit card, payroll, accounting, bar, meal plan, online ordering, uber eat, skip, doordash, ect..

Super service! L'équipe technique super gentille et mon accompagné dans mes démarches du début jusqu'à la fin. Ils sont dévoué et j'ai senti qu'ils étaient vraiment là pour m'aider. Je vous conseille cette entreprise, ce sont des pro!

I wish I had read the reviews before calling these guys. Before installation, they'll talk to you. 2 days after installation, got an issue resulting from their installation and no one wants to pick the call or talk to you anymore.First they provided inaccurate information to sell me a machine. 3 weeks later I found out the machine is not reporting to Revenue Quebec as its supposed to. Call them and no one wants to pick up the phone and talk to you. They turned to texting and provided a phone number for me to call. Found out that phone number has nothing to do with the problem I'm facing.Long story shot: still going to hire another supplier to come fix their mess and now I'm having issues with Revenue Quebec because of their incompetence and inexistent after sales service.HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DESERVE THE 1 STAR I GAVE THEM.

Customer service is non-existant and beyond infuriating. Avoid at all costs, even if they offer their system for free. Also, don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they are all ex-employees and current staff of the company. It does give you insight into the kind of childish unprofessionalism to expect from this company.

Service après vente pourri ! On ne donne jamais suite à nos appels au service à la clientèle. Produit inadéquat et ne répond pas à ce que j'avais demandé.

Méfiez-vous, cette entreprise voudra vous faire payer 75$ pour chaque appel passé au service à la clientèle ou au soutien technique !!!
