I waited 20 minutes for a paint rep then I realized they charged me too many gallons and they made me go back and wait in line another 15 minutes to get reimbursed. Then there was noone available in the stock yard except a guy smoking a cigaret who said he was on break and I had to wait. Never going back. Awful service. Awful experience.

Friendly but small like going back in time to pops hardware store checked all the large places no luck finding what I needed they special ordered it smooth took there time to listen

The few times I went there I had good, but slow service. But I rarely go there just because of the parking. They should move to another location with better parking

Maybe it was a bad day for the staff there, but the service was awful. I went there just to pick up an on-line order. There were only me and another customer waiting for someone to help us at the counter. The 2 employees there were discussing something about invoices or some kind of issue, but the thing is, they just ignored us for a while even though we asked if they could help us. Another staff lady came and offered to help, but she couldn't do much. So we needed to wait until the other two finished their business. Finally when it was my turn, the guy was rude and trying to make a hard time (probably in bad mood because the previous discussion with his partner). Not even a greeting, not even a thank you, not even a have a good day". What kind of customer service is that? I got my stuff

Friendly service always ready to answer questions. Bought a dremel and the associate was very helpful and helped make sure I was getting what I wanted.

Small place but they sell what you need I'll will suggest to move next to Brault et Martineau 2 min from there and the parking lot will boost up to 200 spots. Is just that.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Home Hardware store. Every time I go there, I can never find the standard materials that I need. It's incredibly disappointing, and it feels like a waste of time. I would not recommend this store to anyone who needs to find specific items for their projects.

Worst service ever, DO NOT GET CUTS HERE or anything else for that matter. All the workers are rude, the management is also horrible. Avoid this place at all costs. I would give 0 stars if i could.

The level of service is unmatched. None of the big brands (don't wanna name them) come close to how much the people in this shop are helpful and service oriented. I had a couple of instances where they even helped me source material that they did not have in the first place. From now on this is my first stop.
