Worked with Sherry and wow is she a genius! Her ability to pinpoint all the regions of pain that i've been experiencing. She is very thorough in her examination and the treatment plan provided was very doable and follow through post appointment. Quality Care as a clinic was very easy to schedule with and information is explained and outlined in detail unlike other clinics. Would recommend!

Lisa is fenomenal. She is knowledgable and intuitive with a great passion and dedication for her practice. She is truly providing Quality Care getting you back on track with your sport training.

Dorota was very thorough with her assessment. After about 45 minutes of various therapies, my knee now feels better than it has since I injured it in Jan 2022. She was also very helpful with some at-home exercises to aid in the recovery.

First time physioRx assessment...VERY thorough and detailed. Lots of things I didn't know that were linked with prior injury/illness, and strategies offered to overcome :-)...

Good Experience. You have to pay upfront and claim on your own from your Insurance, bit of a negative if you are going for a series of sessions. Staff are very polite and efficient. All in all a highly recommended Clinic to get treated at.

I had the pleasure of a session with Lisa P last Friday, immediately felt comfortable . Lisa has magic hands I felt like a new woman. Lisa is kind, compassionate and extremely very well versed on body composition. I highly recommend her ,and the receptionist is a total sweetheart so friendly ,warm and helpful. I love this team. Quality Care is the type of clinic that focuses on what matters - it's staff. It's not a fancy place but it is in a great location and has free parking. It's been around for over 30 years so I knew it would be good but was impressed after meeting a few of the practitioners. Half the staff are long-standing and super busy because they are amazing (e.g. Sherry and Lisa) who I know have had waitlists at times. But then they have new team members who have been carefully vetted and are a nice quicker-to-book option where you're not sacrificing the quality of care. I love the front desk staff too and how they remind me to book back and not wait until my pain is unmanageable. Although the clinic is called QC Sports Injury, I know they see people of all ages (I'm not an athlete myself). Their pelvic physiotherapist Dorota is amazing as well and I will be seeing her this year. All around a great place that I trust for care.
