The Gym 24 hour Spruce Grove

The Gym is such a welcoming environment. From Day 1 I felt very welcomed and included in the community of this local gem. It's very clean and tidy, the range of machines are awesome. I love that there is an area on each floor to work out in. The classes will have you sweating in minutes!! The staff and members are so friendly that it really takes the anxiety out of being a gym newbie.

The Gym is such a great enviroment! Really feel at home here, its a great place to improve yourself! They lots of options too! The gym equipment is awesome! Its great chatting with the owners, even got some coffee after my workout one time! Highly recommended.

Not only is this a fantastic and welcoming gym facility, that makes you feel like part of the family, they are also an amazing business neighbour! They support and recommend several locally owned business and add a strong sense of community to their business and the city!

I absolutely cannot recommend this gym enough. Out of all the gyms in spruce grove The Gym 25/7 has the best atmosphere and positive supports. I’ve made countless friends and anyone who asks me where to workout I will recommend here. It’s a great price for countless programs and opportunities. Alongside knowledgeable and kind staff.

This is the THIRD time the payment has gone through after I have cancelled my membership. I filled out the forms twice and three times they have charged me even after I have asked to cancel it and filled out the paperwork.EDIT: After making this review I was given a refund which I greatly appreciate, other than this kerfuffle I have a relatively pleasant experience, gym itself isn’t the greatest for more serious lifters however for more beginner lifters it is definitely sufficient. However the boxing itself was helpful and enjoyable.

I have been going to The Gym for the last few months, and have been loving it! The team is friendly, and the classes are challenging and so much fun. Bobbi is hands-on with teaching correct form and technique and I love the kickboxing class with her! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a gym with tons of class options.

Great gym. Excellent customer service. Clean facility. Good quality equipment.I liked it because unlike massive franchises that are always busy, I always seemed to find that it was never overly crowded and never found myself fighting to find available equipment there.

The Gym is the place where I truly began to fall in love with fitness! They offer so much variety between classes and the traditional gym set up, you will never be bored and always challenged! Aside from what you would expect from a Gym they also make members feel like family with community activities and fun events both in and out of the club!

The gym spruce grove is a very respectful and warm facility to workout, very affordable and clean. I've been coming here for just over a year now and it's always a great workout sessions. The staff are very friendly and love to chat, Bobby and john are amazing people and make the workout experience more exciting. I've been to other gyms and it's silent no one talks to you or helps out as a spotter if you're by yourself. I will continue to talk positive about this gym and try to get new members as i dont believe theres a better gym to be a member of in parkland county.

The GymI started at the Gym in February 2023 as part of a ‘Tailgate Promo’ where i got to attend for free as long as I was with a paid member.I was immediately impressed by the wide range of equipment available and the friendly staff. I then committed myself to being a paid member of the gym. My workouts are now so much better / more fun and varied. At certain times of the day i now have access to a trainer who will put me through a fun boxing circuit which pushes me harder than i usually would myself. So much more effective and enjoyable than simply jogging on a boring treadmill. The results are already showing. Thanks to Bobbi and the rest of the staff.“This is my church.
