Decent products at reasonable prices. Not as good as many other bubble tea places that we've tried, but in a nice atmosphere. Good location, even if the sticks left something to be desired. Also, the menu isn't very clear.

BUBBLE TEA! Finally a place here in Victoria that you can get Richmond quality bubble tea at. Decent prices too. Always busy - doesn't matter which location you go to. Something Victoria has need for a long time.

Best bubble tea in town!! Fresh fruit bubble tea or delicious ice cream bubble tea!! So good, been here many times and it's always spot on and fast service.

I had mango bubble tea with fresh mango; however, the fruit was not ripe and bitter. Otherwise, it would have been a nice drink. I appreciated the quick and very helpful service.

Always super delicious bubble tea! Freshly made to order using real fruits rather than syrups! They offer green tea, black tea as well as fruit smoothie boba. I think the pearls are made daily and they also offer jellies too such as coconut or mango. When on the escalator to the fourth floor of the Bay Centre, Big Orange is to the left in the food court.

Love their fresh fruit bubble tea here. Unlike the Mayfair location, they actually put a decent amount of fruit in. Service is pretty good, they work to get your order done quite fast. Tip: if you order fresh fruit bubble tea, order a fruit that is in season! Less chance of it going bitter...

First place I’ve ever seen that does ice cream bubble tea! It was delicious! The girl behind the counter worked alone but was very efficient with taking orders and making drinks

Friendly staff and quick service! Drinks are delicious and at a good price point.ACCESSIBILITY: The Bay Centre has escalators and elevators and is accessibible for most types of equipment.

I love going here whenever I go to the Bay Centre. The bubble tea is consistently good. There is usually only one person working there, but I appreciate that they are always quick with service given that they always seem busy.Best to try it earlier in the day- The last two times I’ve been there the bubble tea has been sold out b but the smoothies and fruit slush are great as well!

Their milk tea doesn't taste like milk or tea. Tastes very strange and unnatural. Their pearl is really good though, it's actually the best pearl I've ever had. Even better than these bubble tea places back in China.
