they don't even have standard size envelope,

Closed early according to a Shoppers Drug Mart employee after I stood there for several minutes. No signage to indicate the closure and all the lights on.

Worst customer service

Called them to ask a simple question about a parcel notice I received and the woman I spoke to laughed at me and was incredibly rude. She made what should have been a quick phone call to clarify a question into a very negative and upsetting experience.

Not just this place but Canada Post in general. At this certain establishment though NONE of the workers know their job. None. When I’m left with a notice I sign the back so my fiancé can pick it up. Every single time he goes they give him a hard time because his name doesn’t match. They’re clueless and stupid. They should know to turn it around to show I signed his name and mine. Also the drivers are lazy. 2 times this week I’ve been left notices without any attempt made. They must just send it with the mailman so they don’t have to do their job. I’m sick and tired of not getting my deliveries because they’re too lazy and incompetent to do their overpaid job. If these places I order from have me a choice for delivery I would NEVER choose Canada Post.
