The cashier Katelyn gave amazing service. She was prompt and helpful and very patient with my tantruming 14 month old. She made the transaction easy and I left the store feeling supported when she said not to worry and that I was doing a good job as a mom. I didn't realize I needed that today. Thank you Katelyn.

Michael's offers handicap parking stalls. There is a slant on the sidewalk to get up to the store and the doors open automatically. They do have a motorized cart if you have a hard time walking. Store is huge and has alot of stock in all areas. Isles are wide enough and clear. There is also clearance items in departments, just have to find them. Have Frame department and also do framing for you at a cost. Offer workshops in room off cash register.Good selection of whatever you may need. Jewelry, baskets, baking, scrapbooking, painting etc. If you have coupons from paper or signed up for email, you can use up to 2 per visit as long as you do separate transactions. Now I know! Awesome! Cashier very friendly, polite and professional. Store clean and organized.

THE nicest Michaels I’ve ever been to. Tidy, clean, organized, and has so much more than any other Michaels I’ve been to. They even have a big section with Singer sewing machine supplies! I didn’t know my machine could have so many! The rude lady at Johnson’s told me my machine was “disposable” (so mean especially when it has sentimental value). Even the bathrooms are neat and well stocked. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had great experience shopping at this location. Two young ladles helped me looked for item I need. Kayla, cashier was very friendly and helpful. Young lady show me the item but not what I needed. She's very friendlyWalk out with smile on my face. We need young staff like them make our shopping environment happy. With their knowledge and customers service is greatly appreciated

I am so happy to share my experience with this location. Me and my friend went to this store for the first time. I was looking for white calendar board. Parneet who was the manager at that time assist us with friendly and professional way :). we end up buying 2 of those with amazing price. This made our visit count to the store.ThanksKamal

Staff are great! Those I have encountered are pretty knowledgeable with the products along with their wide range of unique uses. One of the staff also introduced me to some new painting additives which open a whole new world of painting for me.

Forever finding more things I need from Michael's, these aren't just wants but needs. So my last Michaels post I mentioned the new discounted casting resin or just resin, that they now have and its almost half the price. So i tried it out and loved it. It does seem to need quite a bit more stirring then the recommended time but it was all right. Im new at all of this so for me it seemed to do its job. It did kind of start to clump in the cups but that could be because i took forever. LolAnyways i am going to post a couple pics of what i made so dont laugh cause i think im kind of a big deal now when it comes to resin art. Lol

We’ve been shopping here more recently for art supplies and are always impressed with the selection. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We’ll be coming here often.
