When I came in, the store owner's dog was loose in the store, and it attacked my 4 year old's face, completely unprovoked. Since then, they have cut off communication from us.

Very stressful experience for my dog. Not sure why they take a bunch of dogs in at once first thing in the morning instead of appointments like any other groomer. They did a fine job with the grooming, but obviously didn't trim my dogs nails, and lied to me when I asked about it. Not sure if I just brought my dog in on an off day" since most of the other reviews seem positive

Michelle & her staff take excellent care of your pet. We send our little dog to get groomed regularly, and our large breed dog for brush out's, nail trims, and doggy day care. You can tell she truly cares about animals - and treats your pups as her own!

Usually really great when we bring our dog in! but we had brought our dog in the spring who is part chow and they shaved her when they usually just give her a trim (chows aren't supposed to be shaved) We thought we would give it some time for her hair to grow back, but it is growing in very patchy and in some places it won't grow back at all. A little disappointed :(
