Terrible attitude! I reached out to Carisma on Kijiji for a car, Winston left me a voice message and when I called back, he gave me some attitude that I should listen to my voice mail before calling him and how he is a business man and doesn't have time. He also told me I should book an appointment. Unfortunately, a week later I thought I give it another shot and I sent a message through Kijiji to request an appointment but now I was told to call!! I gave him a call and he tells me as soon as I identify myself that I have to book an appointment through his website and that he is looking for a serious buyers and doesn't have time for people who are looking around, if you know what I mean"

Went above and beyond when I needed anything and was fairly prompt with any questions I had. Will definitely go back in the future when needed and if he has a vehicle I'm interested in in stock.

The proprietor is helpful, very knowledgeable, straight-talking and true to his word.The complete absence of hidden fees and charges is unique and refreshing and the included warranty (as well as the 30-day exchange policy) gave me peace of mind - not that I needed to use either. I had a great experience with Winston at Carisma. He does business a little differently than any other dealer you might go to. And it is worth it. One on one with no pressure. I was looking to sell a couple of cars I owned to eventually buy another car. Winston was really helpful in educating me on the used car business and he provided me with some great knowledge and advice. I didn’t end up doing any actual business with him but had a couple of excellent and informative conversations. I would not hesitate to buy a car from here if he had what I was looking for. Bought my first motorcycle from Winston. He was very informative and walked me through the bike. He provided a fresh inspection and even noticed something minor on the bike that he offered to get taken care of (nothing mechanical or would hinder the inspection, but nevertheless).It was a breeze to deal with Carisma (Beaver Motorcycles). I bought a 2012 Tacoma from Winston earlier this summer. I'd not make an appointment but was 'window shopping' this truck. I believe I was was lying under it looking at the frame when he came out. He was pleasant, chatty. He said that although he usually only did appointment sales, he was not busy that day and I could take the Tacoma for a test drive. Run it hard. Hit the bumps and the train crossing." he said. He knew he had a solid product and he wanted me to know. I fell in love with the truck. We haggled politely on the price and I made the purchase.I'm very happy with the service and the truck. I am a realist and didn't expect a 'brand new' 10 year old vehicle. I was respectful and felt respected.BTW all of the people slamming NAPA Autopro on Cobequid Road.......I do virtually all of my own work and they have been my 'go-to' shop for MVI's for my family and my family and friends for years. They may look 'sketchy' but they have proven to be the most honest place I have ever found for repairs and MVI requirements. Don't buy cars with this guy Carisma Private Sale Motors. Recently I bought2009 VW Tiguan I had a problem with the engine next day. so I called him and he never received my call and even he didn't call me back. so I went to him directly and discussed the problem. He mentioned that I am not the responsible! and that too he is not good with the people.

Super easy and professional to deal with. Winston is a true gentleman and very easy to talk to. There was no pressure to buy his products and he told me everything like it was. I made the purchase and did have an unforeseen issue that was impossible to predict. Winston stood behind his product and made it right with no cost to me and no questions asked.

Carisma helped me buy then ship one of my favourite cars. The process was easy, and Winston was great to deal with. He even had coffee for me on arrival. Great experience would highly recommend if you are looking for a good used car.

We bought a used car for our son there yesterday. Best car purchasing experience I've ever had, hands down. No pressure sales, all info upfront, great prices, new MVI, everything is clean and brought inside for the customer. The paperwork is done for you and I was really impressed with the warranties offered by this business as well. We'll be back!
