Went there with my son and really dissatisfied! We couldn't find clean table. And we were waiting for our food like forever. Very bad service

Guy took forever and was rude. Was dealing with cash and other dirty things and didn’t wash his hands or put on gloves before touching all over my ice cream cone. The ice cream itself is the worst McDonalds ice cream i've ever had.

My food and then discovered a Band-Aid in the bottom of my bag called to explain my situation to the employee that answered the phone and I got hung up on and now they won't answer my calls very unhappy and very disgusted

Burgers has so much ketchup it was literally oozing out and dripping everywhere. Bun was dried out and hard in spots. It was honestly just Gross. Front clerk staff were nice and attentive but the cooks are not good here. Every time we’ve gotten food here it’s been terrible.

Always had a bad experience only in this branch! Last time, i got a vanilla cone with probably just 2 swirls on it but let go of that! but then again today, got a a junior chicken (in the photo) with supposed to have extra shredded lettuce and xtra chicken mayo! didn’t seem to have that in my sandwich hey! Plus the slushy is not freshly made already melted and taste like water (photo taken just 5min after)!!! I was in a hurry and didnt notice the drink while i took it! I hope they improve their service!

Was there twice today, for coffee -morning and for lunch got a meal- amazing service both times, the staff is very friendly, perfect sandwich and fries. Good location for spend your break. Will definitely come back.

Service is terrible in this place. Second weekend in a row that I have gone there and they just can't seem to get an order right, but they sure don't have an issue charging you for what you didn't get. No one will answer the phone either when you call to let them know. Worst McDonald's in red deer.
