I got my custom hat over the weekend and I love it! Yes, it was expensive but that was to be expected for a custom embroidered hat. I have had tons of compliments on it. It's still a cheap way to advertise my business. I will be ordering more in the future!

These days most customer service is pretty bad; however, my experience with Junaid A. at Cap Beast was the complete opposite. Working with Junaid was probably one of the best service experiences I've had to date. In terms of communication, details, and going that extra mile, he hit everyone of those items & then some. You can tell he actually cares for his clients & in the end that makes a very big difference. If you get to work with Junaid, you are in luck!

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but the service I received at CapBeast has been one of the worst.The TLDR is that they messed up my order, and and refuse to refund me. Stay away from this company!---I emailed customer service to see if they could embroider a logo at a specific size (because I didn't see that as an option on the ordering page), and they replied, yes we can embroider at that size, so I placed my order.When I received my order, it wasn't the size I specified. I emailed customer service with a photo of the hat with a ruler to show the size, and the order number. They told me that they weren't actually able to embroider at the size I wanted, and told me they could provide me with a 20% refund or reship another hat. At no point did they reach out to me to let me know that they couldn't embroider at the size I specified.They messed up my order. Which is fine, that happens. But they refuse to admit they were wrong, and refuse to issue me a full refund. I've been emailing back and forth, and have called multiple times, for over a month.It's beyond me why they wouldn't want to make this right. They've not only lost a customer, but I will be a vocal foe of them and tell everyone I know who is looking for an embroiderer to not use CapBeast. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to ordering from them. It's been a huge waste of my time, money, and energy dealing with this awful company.

First order was good, but I had a problem with my second order regarding custom embroidery. Emailed support, and Faiz Khan from CapBeast responded quickly, and has assured me that they will redo and reship my order to make things right. This is excellent service.

It is rare to have such attentive and timely support with an online purchase! I purchased a cap to be part of my daughter's Halloween costume, paid for expedited shipping, but was unsure how long it would take since it is a custom project--- Faiz was so helpful, immediately responding, inquiring about the size of my project and explaining to me the variables that factor into the timing. When hearing it was only one hat, Faiz responded again (all within an hour of my purchase) to let me know they had asked the production team to rush this order and ship as soon as possible. Fingers crossed it will be here in time.... with great thanks to Faiz!!!

We buy our company hats here and they're great quality! Will continue using them for any hats we need!
