The staff especially Tony and even the females are strong and professional Asian acupressure trained masseuses. The place is clean and safe, thoroughly sanitized. The rooms are smaller because it is not a spa for lounging around. It is for people with all sorts of discomfort and knotted muscles. A perfect place to loosen the tightness in the whole body with deep muscle massage or with foot reflexology after playing sports or a day at work or just overall stress. The client should give feedback as the massage progresses as to how strong and deep you can tolerate the strength applied. This will make for good mutual understanding and a great experience there. I am there every week so that my steps are lighter and I feel better.

Receptionist is typical old mainland Chinese: they are not rude, just no training hahaha. Once you accept that fact, you will be happy. Then again, they don't charge you $300!!!Place is Nice and Clean.Massage is awesome. Well trained. ;)

Julia is the best, I've been going to her for years, even when I was pregnant and now postpartum. She really puts her love and soul into her clients. I pass on expensive massages and spas at high end places to get a massage for with Julia. Her skills and speciality are not the soft type of massage but instead she uses pressure points and really gets into the muscles she knows are stiff. Just tell her where you want to focus on. When I was pregnant, it was mostly my legs and now it is my upper back for carrying my baby all the time.

I have been going to see Tom for two month, I'm in a much better shape now! Tom can quickly pinpoint the source of the problem of my body and teaches me how to improve it. He has a thorough understanding of the human body, he loves to share his technology. He also demonstrates great passion for his work. Tom is amicable and genuine.

I absolutely love this clinic(New Feet). I always out feeling 100% amazing. It does get very busy and the clinic gets booked up. So I always book far in advance . I highly recommend this clinic and Julia lily Tina. Always had pleasant experiences here .Very amazing deep tissue massage, by Julia. Definitely one of the best I have ever had. She instantly found knots and had the perfect pressure to work through them. Very strong, but she asked me if I was ok, and didn't miss any spots, even my ears! Highly recommended. I just got my feet done with a man named Sam. He said it was his first day. Seriously was the best foot reflexology I'd ever had by anyone ever! I've gone to many places usually out of wheres open near me. He was very in tune with my tight spots and had the perfect amount of pressure. I would definitely go back for a foot rub from him. Thanks Sam!!!

I have been going to New Feet for several years and have experienced various masseurs here. What makes this place different from most of these TCM places is the consistently good service and therapeutic treatment you get regardless of the masseurs. However I do think it is worth mentioning that Victor is my absolute favourite. He is precise, thorough, conscientious and respectful. Such wonderful healing hands-highly recommended!

Horrible absolutely horrible. New Feet claim to be professional doctors in Chinese medicine. The staff that work there are not doctors, they are just employess with no credentials. New Fleet claim to except MSP and extended service. This is far from the truth, at the end of your session they will.not take MSP or extended health and demand you pay right away out of pocket. If you pay cash they will not charge you tax buy not give you a receipt . Very shady operation beware!

Good service and massage. I felt much better after the 60 minutes foot massage and 30 minutes back massage. Sleep well after that!

Probably one of the worst massages I've ever had. Went in for a full body back massage and it felt like sand paper as the man massaged me through the sheets. It felt like he was just jiggling around my muscles and then tried to loosen my back with excessive elbow use.
