Michelle F was absolutely amazing!!!! She was so good with my child very quick with drinks and dessert for him. She helped me carry everything out to my vehicle without me even asking! She is amazing!!!

Stopped in on a long ride home to get some lunch at favourite restaurant and was served by Deja. She was amazing. She was very kind, patient and a great host. The food was also great!

I usually have good experiences at BPs and consider it a medium fancy" environment. Me and the wife ordered our favorite pineapple goat cheese salads with chicken. The order took half an hour to arrive. The salad did not taste as fresh or flow as well when I had it before. The chicken dry

Just found an olive pit on pizza and chomped down hard on it. Brought it to the attention of the Disheveled unshaven manager, He blew me off and said well we take them out of a jar".As food is scarce up here I'm continually disappointed by the overall experience at this place.Although the pizza sauce is tasty the crust is always like a dried leather sofa. You need to try harder Boston.The Fussy B#####D"

I have been to this location many times in the past, my review is based off the most recent experience.Ordered a Pizza which had way too much sauce spread clumped on, so we only ate half of it.When we got the Bill, the server asked us if we wanted to box it up, so we declined and notified them that we didn't enjoy it.At this point the staff gets annoyed with us, saying to us that it is our fault that we didn't tel them right away so there is nothing they can do even though I didn't ask for it free or anything so the confrontation at the end of the meal only made the experience worse. (Including claiming that we had complained in the past which was untrue)After offering to remake the Pizza They decided to take 50% of of the bill which, didnt matter to me at all.If you dine here and didn't enjoy your experience then your best bet would be to lie and tell them it was excellent if looking to avoid any unwanted akward situations.

We came in and we got tables and the food was good but the problem came more with the service, we only had three interactions with the server. And the first was to give us our table , second was to take our food and last was to give us payment. They need to work on servers interacting and checking up on customers. I needed a refill and never got one either even though I asked for one

I like the Port Elgin BP. My favourite thing about it is that their draft beer is always icy cold and fresh tasting. It is a good spot to catch a sporting event. I appreciate they always accommodate my request for all flats for my wings. I really miss those riblet pork bites or whatever they were called. I wish corporate would bring those back, haven't seen em at other BPs either.
